The stolen mobile is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 31.07.2015. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with G.R.P.Patna Junction P.S.Case No. 185 of 2015.
