The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 208 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the allegation of assault is confined against co-accused Saddam Khan, Laddan Khan and four other unknown persons and the petitioner is simply said to be an order giver, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the
