8 kgs ganja was recovered beneath the seat of the driver of Tata Sumo. The owner of the aforesaid vehicle lodged a case after two days of institution of the aforesaid case that petitioner had taken the aforesaid vehicle on hire. The aforesaid case was investigated by the police and after investigation, final form was submitted praying therein for initiation of proceeding under sections 182 and 211 of the Indian Penal Code against owner of the vehicle. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in Mojahidpur P.S. Case no. 01/2012.
