The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 671 of 2015 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein allegation of abduction and rape has been levelled against coaccused Bablu Shah, let the petitioner, who is the father of Bablu Shah, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
