The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302/34 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant named eight persons and alleged that they all indiscriminately assaulted his brother Sudhir Kumar, who died on the spot.
It is submitted that omnibus and general allegation is made against the petitioner along with other accused persons. Injuries were found. Similarly situated co-accused Sakal Das, Bankey Ravidas , Binay Kumar and Lal Das have already been enlarged on bail. Case of the petitioners stands on the same
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42930 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 footing.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashutosh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 07 of 2014.
