JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Initially, the first information report was lodged against unknown on 30.04.2015 and later on, petitioner was arrested by the police in connection with Dumraun ( Naya Bhojpur O.P) P.S.Case No. 161 of 2015 in which he made his confessional statement disclosing his involvement in the present case and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against him.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur ( Krishna Brahm) P.S.Case No. 117 of 2015.
