JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Name of the petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and paragraph-3 of the petition reveals that prior to institution of this case, one Tariyani P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015 had been registered against the petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 05-06-2015 but it appears that uptill now, he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar.
