Petitioner seeks direction for grant of Graduate Trained Scale with effect from due dates and fixation as well as payment of wages accordingly.

It is contended that he has approached the District Programme Officer (Establishment) Education, Siwan vide Annexure 4 on 13.10.2015 but no decision has been communicated to him till date.

Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3, the District Education Officer, Siwan by filing a representation along

Patna High Court CWJC No.1596 of 2016 dt.09-02-2017 2 / 2 with a copy of this order setting out his grievance. On such representation being filed, let the respondent no.3 consider the same in accordance with law and take a final decision. The decision should be reasoned one and should be communicated to the petitioner. It is expected that the entire exercise would be completed within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
