It appears that except criminal antecedent of the petitioner as well as claim of some witnesses to this extent that they had seen the petitioner along with four persons going on two separate motorcycles just after the alleged occurrence, there appears to be nothing against him.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birupr (Supaul) in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 203/14.
