The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with other accused persons is alleged to have kidnapped the husband and son of the informant and both were killed.

Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 14.02.2014 and has already remained in jail for more than 11⁄2 years, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial holding the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42353 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 trial on day-to-day basis and conclude the same within one year from the date of receipt of this order.

The S.P. Ara is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses in Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 230 of 2009, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 112 of 2014, so that the trial must conclude within the aforesaid period.
