The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was apprehended inside the house of Suraj Kumar from whose possession different ATM cards and other articles were recovered. From the possession of the petitioner only one Samsung mobile was recovered.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 152 of 2015.
