Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S.Case No.479 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 304(B) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner who happens to be husband of the deceased of causing dowry death by setting her on fire.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that para 13 of the case diary, which is statement of the brother of the deceased, whose statement had been recorded at N.M.C.H. disclosed that she had committed suicide due to altercation with the petitioner, moreover the informant has

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Barh, District Patna in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S.Case No.479 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
