Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. From perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that the name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Amit Kumar. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sasaram (Rohtas) in connection with Shivsagar P.S. Case No. 59/15.
