The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter was married to Anil Singh in the year 2006. On 06.11.2014, the informant got information that his daughter was strangulated to death and her dead body was cremated. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture is made against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42377 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 181 of 2014.
