Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 18 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The injury was caused due to fall and that is not attributed to this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.01.2020. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merits and there is no

Considering the nature of allegations levelled, the materials available on record and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, this Court does not find it to be a fit case for grant of bail to the petitioner. The same is, therefore, rejected.

However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the case and conclude it expeditiously within six months from the date of receipt of the order. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U
