The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Md. Mumtaz Ansari was arrested with stolen motorcycle. Md. Mumtaz Ansari is said to have disclosed the name of the petitioner. Save and except confession of Md. Mumtaz Ansari no further material is collected against the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail since 02.08.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 322 of 2015.
