2. The present writ petition has been filed in which Annexure-2, i.e., Public Notice dated 20.01.2020, has been challenged.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said public notice has not been issued in accordance with law. He also submits that in the light of the observation made in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10614 of 2024(2) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 said public notice dated 20.01.2020, objection was filed before the District Programme Officer, I.C.D.S., Bihar, Patna, but no communication has been made to the petitioners in this regard till date.

Learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, submits that the objection filed by the petitioner was duly entertained and copy has been served to the petitioners, which is annexed as Annexure-3, by which objection of total 17 candidates have taken care of. But the petitioners have intentionally attached the consideration of objection of only total ten candidates including petitioner No.3, and reason for non-consideration has also been assigned.

5. In this background, this Court directs the respondent to provide a copy of the said decision considering the objection afresh to the petitioners within thirty days.

6. With this direction, this writ petition is disposed off.
