This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.307 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 386 & 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act. 3.

The petitioner is said to have fired indiscriminately to instill fear. He is accused in four more criminal cases. The petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2024. 4.

The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that since no one was injured in the firing the petitioner deserves bail.

In a case of demand of extortion, creating terror and fear in the mind of the person from whom the

In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
