JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2019 In a proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of India petitioner has put to challenge an order, dated 26.02.2019, passed by the Subdivisional Officer, Arwal, under Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

I am afraid, this civil writ jurisdiction case can not be maintained and is, accordingly, dismissed as not maintainable. The petitioner has the liberty to file appropriate application in accordance with law before appropriate forum
