2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 394 of the I.P.C.

3. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Nitesh Kumar. No stolen article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

4. However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail petition and submits that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

5. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
