02. 08.02.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.
This revision application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 31.07.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Cr. Appeal No. 44 of 2015, by which he has refused the memo of appeal against the order dated 21.07.2014 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Aurangabad in G.R. No. 185 of 2014 (Tr. No. 834 of 2014) arising out of Amba P.S. Case No. 08 of 2014, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner.
In view of the antecedents of the Petitioner, I would not think it proper to release him from custody. The Application stands dismissed.
The Juvenile Justice Board, Aurangabad is directed to conclude the proceeding positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order without granting
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.3 of 2016 (2) dt.08-02-2016 unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad and the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Court below so that there is no further delay in inquiry.
