This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the order dated 24.02.2023 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, XVI, in Sessions Trial No. 431 of 2017 arising out of Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No. 450 of 2016 (G.R. No. 4271 of 2016).

A strong prima facie case has been found by the trial Court and I am not inclined to interfere in the impugned order. In view of the aforesaid fact and also in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of State of Bihar vs Ramesh Singh 1977 SCC 4 39, this application is dismissed.
