2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 170 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, lodged on 08.06.2024 by the informant Shubhak Saday.

3. In this case, case diary was called for and learned APP has taken this Court to paragraph no.175 of the case diary to show that processes have already been issued against the two petitioners on 27.04.2025. In that background, it would be appropriate that they seek bail.
