2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.85 of 2025 registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 109(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date of occurrence, the named accused persons including petitioner came at the door of the informant and abused him and when he forbade them, the petitioner inflicted iron blow on the head of informant's wife Usha Devi due to which she sustained injury. On hulla, when other family members came to save, petitioner is alleged to have inflicted iron blow on the head of Mamta Devi on account of which she also sustained injury. Other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted Dhupat Ram on his head
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35462 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 and hand due to which he got injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. The injuries on the persons of Usha Devi and Mamta Devi are found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent which has been lodged by the informant of this case. The charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence or absconding of petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 22.03.2025. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Auragabad in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.85 of 2025.
