Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Ben P.S. Case No. 67 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is said to have acted in most negligent manner because of which a person has sustained bullet injury. In view of the above, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
