The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kotwali (Tikamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 638 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 22.12.2018. He further submits that in the instant case allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in theft of Scorpio.

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34469 of 2019(2) dt.27-05-2019 2/2 let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tikamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 638 of 2018.
