The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner was remanded in this case from Chakiya P.S. case No. 279/2013. The mobile alleged to have been used in demanding extortion does not belong to the petitioner. There is absolutely no material against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42524 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Praveen Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran in Chakiya P.S. Case No. 68 of 2014.
