The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 356, 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Two persons are alleged to have snatched purse of the informant but on chase one Saddam was apprehended and from his possession purse was recovered. Saddam disclosed the name of the petitioner but the petitioner was not arrested on the spot and nothing has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner is in jail since 04.08.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42931 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 282 of 2015.
