JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 14.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36436 of 2015 for extending the period of surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks form the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Madhubani (Town) P.S. Case No. 400 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani.

The order dated 14.09.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1368 of 2016 (2) dt.03-02-2016 Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
