Petitioner being husband of the informant is in jail custody since 2.7.2015 in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/ 4 of the D. P. Act wherein general allegation of demand as well as torture has been levelled.

The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that informant herself does not want to reside at her matrimonial home along with her parents-in-law as well as the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Runnisaidpur P.S. Case no. 360/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
