This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Ladaniya P.S. Case No.355 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 351(1), 352, 303(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim for demand of ransom. The petitioner is accused in nine more criminal cases of similar and serious nature. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37107 of 2026(2) dt.15-06-2026 2/2 the court below within two weeks from today, failing which, the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani shall take all steps for arresting the petitioner.
