2. It has been jointly submitted by counsels that the present case has not been covered in the light of SLP (Civil) No. 32079 of 2015 as Hon'ble Supreme Court has pleased to direct that the order shall only restrict the benefits of such employees who has approached the Hon'ble High Court before

Patna High Court CWJC No.6794 of 2018(3) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 the cut off date i.e., 26.02.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that admittedly the petitioners have not moved before this Court prior to 26.02.2016, but he submits that another set of petitioners have again filed another CWJC before this Hon'ble Court and matter went up before Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Diary No. 40262 of 2023.

4. As such, this Court is of the view that it shall not be proper to keep pending this writ petition. Therefore, this writ application is hereby disposed off, granting liberty to the petitioners that if, any relief shall be granted to petitioners of those cases, then in that case, petitioners shall be at liberty to file fresh representation.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition is hereby disposed off.
