2. Petitioner's counsel is hereby directed to serve copy of the petition to the panel counsel for the Bank within one week.
3. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:
"1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for the following reliefs:
I. To direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for her appointment on Compassionate Ground as the husband of the petitioner died in
Patna High Court CWJC No.10634 of 2020 dt.11-01-2022 2/2 harness on 4.11.2011 when he was posted as 4th Grade employee in SBI Branch, Barauni Rifinery Campus, Barauni, Begusarai.
II.
Also to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner on Compassionate Ground forth with as the husband of the petitioner, who was bread earner of the family, died in harness on 4.11.2011.
III. Also for any other relief/ reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law."
4. The competent authority is hereby directed to pass speaking order as to whether petitioner is entitled to compassionate appointment in accordance with relevant provision of law or not? Such speaking shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner either in accepting or rejecting his claim for compassionate appointment within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
