The petitioner seeks bail in Shahpur P.S. Case No. 30/13, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 1.03.2013 but the trial has not been concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts that the petitioner is the husband and there is specific allegation that he killed his wife, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within nine months from the date of receipt of this order. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.)
