2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

The concerned respondent is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's service records and redress his grievance in passing speaking order as to whether petitioner is entitled to the relief sought in the present petition read with representation dated 18.03.2020 (Annexure-5) or not? The above exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
