Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 248 of 2020 registered for the offence under sections 30(a) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The motorcycle from which the alleged recovery has been made does not belong to this petitioner nor he was driving the said vehicle. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on
