2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.12.2024 passed in CWJC No. 18774 of 2024 for extension of time to file fresh representation for redressal of his grievance.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits through paragraph 5 of the supplementary affidavit that due to mistake prayer was not made in the modification application for further extension of time for three months from the date of order which was given by Court on 10.12.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the State does not controvert

Patna High Court MJC No.1839 of 2025(3) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. In the light of aforesaid facts and circumstances, the time granted to file fresh representation before the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance is extended by three months from today.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the modification application stands disposed of.
