The submission is that Respondent No.6 has obtained the first position in the selection process, based on forged certificates and therefore her selection is not sustainable. The counter affidavit reveals that Respondent No.6 has tendered her resignation and on account of vacancy having been created, the authorities have decided to proceed afresh for selection as Asha Facilitator.
In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the counsel
Patna High Court CWJC No.556 of 2018(4) dt.02-08-2022 2/2 for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's case is also required to be considered.
The writ application is disposed of.
It goes without saying that the petitioner would be entitled to the consideration in the process of selection afresh as per merit, in accordance with law.
