The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 419, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of the Foreign Act.

Md. Rahim @ Md. Majbul is said to have confessed his guilt in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 120/2015 and he disclosed that he came in contact with the petitioner Md. Akbar and they became well-acquainted with each other. The petitioner got a saving account opened in the Bank on the basis of the forged documents. It is submitted that save and except the confessional statement of Md. Rahim @ Md. Majbul, the investigating officer did not collect any further material to show that the petitioner forged any document or was involved in opening the bank account on the basis of the forged documents.
