The present writ petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to remove the encroachment from the land of the petitioner in question and also to direct the respondents to take action pursuant to the representation dated 26.07.2021 and 29.07.2021.

Annexure 4-A is the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2021 filed before the Collector, Sheohar for measurement of his land by the Circle Officer, Sheohar and the same is pending.

The Circle Officer, Sheohar, is directed to dispose of the same the get the land of the petitioner measured within a period of eight weeks from today.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this
