The grounds which have been taken, appears reasonable and sufficient for non appearance of the appellants on 06.09.2016. It is also submitted that for issuance of notice against respondent nos. 5, 6 and 9 to 11 steps have already been taken and the petitioners will suffer irreparable loss if First Appeal is not restored to its original file.

Under the circumstances, finding the grounds reasonable and sufficient, this restoration application is allowed and the First Appeal which was dismissed on 06.09.2016 is hereby restored to its original file.
