2. Pursuant to order dated 23.09.2019, show cause has been filed on behalf of the Punjab National Bank bringing on record materials to show that up-to-date arrears of pension of the petitioner has been paid.

3. In view thereof, nothing remains in the present application as the order dated 07.07.2017 passed in CWJC No. 8287 of 2016, stands complied with.

4. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

5. It goes without saying that once arrears have been paid up-to-date, the subsequent regular family pension of the petitioner shall be paid into her account.
