JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-11-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are plaintiffs in the Title Suit No. 03/2019. As the defendants intended to alienate the property during the pendency of the Suit, the petitioners/plaintiffs filed a petition on 19.2.2020 under Order 39 Rule 2 of the C.P.C. but still no order has been passed on that petition.

No.547 of 2020(2) dt.17-11-2021 2/2 If the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is true, the learned court below is directed to expeditiously dispose of the petition dated 19.2.2020, preferably within a period of two months. Meanwhile, the parties are directed to maintain status quo as of today on the disputed property.
With these directions, this Civil Miscellaneous Jurisdiction is being disposed of.
