This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Katra P.S. Case No. 24 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 448, 323, 324, 379, 504, 506, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and the allegation against her is general and omnibus, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46556 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 24 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
