The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 346, 366A, 367, 370A, 371, 372, 373, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code, section 8 of the POCSO Act, sections 3,4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the Immoral Traffic Act and section 75 of the JJ Act. As per the prosecution case, on a raid being conducted it is stated that minor girls were recovered and on enquiry it transpired that the three accused persons including the petitioner herein were involved in making them dance etc. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. Recovered girls are major. No adverse material has transpired against the petitioner. He is in custody since 13.3.2021 and has

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the material that has transpired in course of investigation, the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent and having remained in custody for over 11 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case no. 62 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. VI cum Special Jude, POCSO, Siwan.
