The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 28.10.2013 passed by the Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah in Criminal Appeal No. 102 of 2013, by which he has affirmed the order dated 16.09.2013 passed by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, West Champaran at Bettiah by which he has refused to release the Petitioner on bail in Juvenile Justice Board Trial No. 385 of 2013 arising out of Sahodara P.S. Case No. 22 of 2013.

The Trial would have concluded by now. Hence, the application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
