Earlier by order dated 16.01.2013, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected with a direction to expedite the trial for early disposal and concluding the trial preferably within a period of six months.
However, it has been submitted that up till date not even a single witness has been examined in this case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge, 4th, East Champaran at Motihari, in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33375 of 2013 (10) dt.22-07-2015 connection with Sessions Trial No. 653 of 2012 (arising out of Sugauli P.S. Case No. 107 of 2002).
