The first information report was lodged against unknown when an unclaimed dead body was recovered. On the date of institution of the present case, the father of the deceased gave a written report to Officer in Charge of Lohiyanagar police station in respect of kidnapping and murder of his son and the aforesaid written report does not contain the name of the petitioner. The name of petitioner came in this case on the basis of call details and tower locations and thereafter, police suspected the hands of the petitioner in the alleged crime. Although, learned counsel appearing for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer but failed to show any other material except the materials as stated above. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai P.S. Case No. 635 of 2014.
