Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 468, 471 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant saw a poster in the market and contacted on mobile number mentioned therein for providing job. The accused accepted Rs.1660/- and petitioner was asked to meet one Chandan Kumar Yadav, Manager of SEPLA Company running in the house of Gopal Pandey. Chandan Yadav asked him to pay Rs.15,000/-. He was provided job but later on he was removed.

It is submitted that petitioners were not employees of the Company. The petitioners were engaged as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43902 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 daily wages labour for pasting pamphlets of advertisement on the wall. Petitioners did not assure any body to provide job nor accepted any money from any body.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri P.S. Case No. 316 of 2015.
