2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 517 of 2022 registered for the offences under section 376(D) of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 12.09.2022 by the informant, Sandhya Kumari.

3. At the outset, learned Counsel for the informant submits that in the present case one Khushal Kumar @ Khaushal Yadav who has also been framed as an accused in Cr. Misc. No. 4682 of 2023, the bail application stands rejected in view of the report submitted by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in which it was stated that out of seven witnesses, two witnesses have already been examined and five have to be examined.

4. In that view of the matter, it would be appropriate that the petitioner faces trial, which is going to be concluded within a period of six months, as has been averred by the Trial Court.

5. The bail application stands rejected.
